Central project 2 will provide data management expertise to all members of the consortium, unify data collection and analysis pipelines, and ensure sustainable use of all research data acquired during the project. It will provide support to unify data and metadata collection protocols, as well as data management plans across the projects to streamline sharing of large-scale data. Furthermore, CP2 will provide assistance in handling of large datasets and setting up tools for analysis standardisation and automation for common analysis pipelines. Finally, CP2 will perform meta-analyses of relevant consortium datasets together with the individual projects to enable further discoveries by secondary data use.
